The service
Dobbi is a tool for planning, approving and publishing posts on Instagram and Facebook and for answering comments. Access is by invitation only: you can use it once you are invited.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you are allowed to manage, and publish only content you have the rights to.
- Follow Meta's terms and policies for Facebook and Instagram.
- Do not use Dobbi for spam, or for misleading or unlawful content or messages.
Automated replies
Rules can send automated private replies to people who comment. Each client is responsible for the replies its rules send. Some countries require automated messages to say so.
Dependence on Meta
Dobbi works through Meta's platform. Meta can change, limit or stop features, permissions or access at any time, and parts of Dobbi may then stop working. We do not control Meta's decisions about your accounts or content.
No warranty
Dobbi is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We work to publish on time, but we do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Dobbi, such as lost profits, lost data or harm to reputation.
Ending use and deletion
You can stop using Dobbi at any time and ask us to delete your data, as the privacy policy describes. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
